1. About Set, Sip & Spaces
Set, Sip & Spaces provides curated table-setting rentals for gatherings and celebrations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Our offerings may include dinnerware, glassware, flatware, linens, greenery, candle holders, and other collection pieces shown on our website or included in a client proposal.
2. Website Use
This website is provided for general information, collection browsing, pricing guidance, and submitting inquiries. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
3. Inquiries Are Not Reservations
Submitting an inquiry, collection request, contact form, or event details does not guarantee availability and does not reserve an event date or inventory. A reservation is confirmed only after availability has been approved, the applicable Rental Agreement has been signed, and the required booking deposit has been received.
4. Pricing, Availability & Collection Information
We aim to keep website descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability information accurate. Inventory and availability may change, and website pricing or content may be corrected when an error is identified. The final collection, quantities, pricing, fees, taxes, and event details will be stated in the client proposal, invoice, or Rental Agreement.
5. Reservation Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve an approved event date. The remaining balance is due three weeks before the event unless the signed Rental Agreement states otherwise. Failure to complete required payments by the stated deadlines may affect the reservation.
6. Rental Protection Hold
A refundable Rental Protection Hold may be required for a reservation. When applicable, the amount and conditions will be stated in the Rental Agreement or proposal. The hold may be applied toward eligible charges for loss, damage, missing items, excessive residue, or late return, subject to the Rental Agreement.
7. Pickup, Return & Care of Rentals
Set, Sip & Spaces currently provides scheduled pickup and return service. Clients are responsible for safely transporting, using, caring for, and returning rental items in the provided packaging and within the confirmed return window. Washing is not required unless specifically instructed. Food residue should be removed and Refresh by SSS should be used only as directed.
8. Late Returns
Late returns may be charged at $25 per hour for up to four hours. A return more than four hours late may result in forfeiture of the applicable Rental Protection Hold and may result in additional charges when the delay affects another reservation, as further described in the Rental Agreement.
9. Damage, Loss & Missing Items
The client is responsible for rental items from pickup until they are accepted back by Set, Sip & Spaces. Missing, broken, chipped, stained, or otherwise damaged items may be charged at the applicable repair or replacement cost in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
10. Cancellations
The booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made at least four weeks before the event may be eligible for a refund of 50% of additional payments made, excluding the booking deposit, subject to the signed Rental Agreement. The Rental Agreement controls if its cancellation terms differ from this website summary.
11. Collection Changes & Substitutions
Signature collections are offered as curated packages and may have limitations on substitutions. À La Carte requests are subject to inventory availability. If an item becomes unavailable because of damage, loss, or circumstances outside our reasonable control before an event, we may contact the client to discuss an appropriate alternative or adjustment.
12. Photos, Branding & Intellectual Property
The Set, Sip & Spaces name, logo, website design, written copy, collection names, graphics, and original photographs or creative materials are owned by or licensed to Set, Sip & Spaces. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used commercially without permission.
13. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, email, social media, mapping, or other website providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices, and Set, Sip & Spaces is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
14. Limitation of Website Liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and available website information, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Set, Sip & Spaces is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to access, this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Privacy & Communications
Information submitted through our website may be used to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, communicate about requested services, and administer reservations. By providing your contact information, you authorize us to respond to your request using the contact information you provide.
16. Rental Agreement Controls
These website Terms provide general information and do not replace the Rental Agreement issued for a specific reservation. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed Rental Agreement relating to a rental transaction, the signed Rental Agreement will control for that transaction.
17. Texas Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, or business practices. The version posted on this page will apply from its stated effective date.
